Saving = Ashlee Simpson
Today was an ultra fail in terms of my supposed saving efforts….
Yesterday I decided while at work… ALONE… (haha, it’s all good shaz) that I wanted a laptop so all those days that I was all alone in the shop I could be doing more constructive things then reading the same cosmopolitan magazine thats been in the shop for YEARRSSSSS…..
So I decided I would begin a saving effort in order to eradicate boredom from my work life!!!
Woo hoo breakthrough!!
Then this morning I woke up and went to harbourtown and CLEANED out my account…….
Whoops……
BUT YAY!! CHEAP STUFF!!
Amongst my NEW amazing totally worth it things I now own:
- A Red Pashmina (not a scarf the sales lady tells me… she was ugly)
- 2 Sets of Emo-like suspenders (for possible future rock concerts)
- A set of Red fingerless gloves that wont match anything I own (including aforementioned red pashmina.. they are different shades of red)
- The New Naruto game (When will I have time to play this??) FAIL! Not the new Naruto game…. the OLD one…. Ughhh…
- A Red Tie (Again different shade of red)
- 2 MORE Pairs of chuck taylors!! WOO HOO!!!
And all I REALLY wanted was a hat… and I didn’t even get that…. :(
Ooh….. the Bonds factory is AMAZING!! LOVE THAT!
So even though today was a seemingly epic success, it was an epic failure in the scheme of things as now I have to start from SCRATCH in saving for a laptop….
But Saving is like Ashlee Simpson… No one wants to do IT…..
Mwhahahahah!! BURN!!
